Today I was invited to hang out at Capitol Records for a Big Bad Voodoo Daddy recording session. The guys from BBVD are good friends and being at such a historic and amazing mecca of music as Capitol Records with them was so awesome! Here are some pics from my blackberry:

I was just there hanging out with the guys not going to be on any record... although Glen (Trumpet) and I are working on a Fela Tribute Night here in L.A. which should be sweet!
fresh! however i know you SO miss the fast pace hospital life... don't lie. :)
I do miss all the free food that I got at the Hospital... So many donuts and so much free coffee!!!
