About a year ago I got a request from a friend to write this little ditty for his new cartoon about a mullet wearing, redneck beaver called"Phil The Beaver"... So I sent him a relatively "finished" version of a mullet wearing, hillbilly beaver theme song...
So I was having lunch with him in Santa Monica on Saturday and he says oh by the way "Phil The Beaver" is almost done and we absolutely love the theme song, I'll send you a copy soon... To which I said "but I never sent you a mastered and finished copy of the song"? He said "well the one you gave us is perfect and were using it".

Very awesome!! I agree with their choice not to get a refined master of "Phil the [Beautiful] Beaver." It seems more AdultSwim or something...grassroots comedy!
